As a part of Induction program FOSC took their students to SANGANER Jaipur, 8-9 August, a busy sub-urban hub of craft workshops where local artisans sell traditional Bagru textile prints and handmade paper. Students had an experience to explore the various techniques of block printing and screen printing with dyes. They were explained the theory behind the application of dyes and Golden Ratio.
Then they were taken to the Hawa Mahal the heart of the City’s attraction. Hawa Mahal is a beautiful palace made with red and pink sandstones. Students also enjoyed photography and shopping near Jal Mahal where there is a beautiful palace in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake. Overall it was a great experience of learning, joy and bonding among the new students
