About
Dr. Tribhuvan Kumar Pathak received his Ph.D. degree in chemistry from the Chemistry Department, University of Delhi in 2023. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Science, SGT University. Before joining this University, Dr. Pathak has worked as a scientific researcher at the Centre for Fire, Explosive and Environment Safety (CFEES), DRDO, Delhi for four years, where he worked on many projects of defense applications of national importance. He has also worked as a research scholar in University level projects at the Chemistry Department, SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi for four years. He also got experience in latent fingerprint development from the Forensic Science Unit of SGTB Khalsa College. Dr. Pathak has 8 years of research and development experience in the field of green flame retardants, aerosol-forming propellants-based portable fire safety products, acid gas quantification, natural binder systems, and eco-friendly spot tests for explosive detection. He has published 10 research articles in Scopus & SCIE indexed and peer-reviewed international journals of repute and has given oral presentations at international conferences. Dr. Pathak has authored a book entitled “Chemistry of Representative Elements” for undergraduate science courses.
