About
Megha walia, holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Physical anthropology from Delhi university, India & Master of Science in forensic science from Galgotias University, India. She has qualified UGC-NET and CBSE-NET. Currently working as an Assistant Professor and pursuing Ph.D. in Department of Forensic Science, Faculty of science, SGT University, Gurugram, India. She holds an experience of working as an Assistant Chemical Analyser in Directorate of Forensic science Laboratories, Mumbai, Maharashta, India as well as contributed in e-PG Pathshala Project by UGC under NMEICT mission of MHRD, Govt. of India, worked as a Project Assistant in Forensic Science subject. She is Life Time Member of International Forensic Sciences, Pune (INDIA) Regd. with MCA, Govt. of India. She has been awarded 3rd position in category of ‘Research’ in SYNERGY 2022 at SGT University, Gurugram, Haryana and have received Science Communication Award by Kaushambi Foundation National Board. She has been awarded for excellence in Research & Innovation practices in the field of Forensic Science by GDF India as well. She has published 10 research papers in reputed journals and filed 2 patents. She has also received Young Professional Award in the field of Forensic Science at MAESASS-2023.
