The Faculty of Science at SGT University was established in the year 2014. It was formerly known as the Faculty of Physical Sciences. It mainly consists of five departments named -Department of Physics, Department of Chemistry, Department of Mathematics, Department of Forensic Sciences, and Department of Environmental sciences.
The main aim of career in Science is to educate and train the students to make them ready for the national and global platforms. The faculty also visualises to be one of the nation’s significant academic and research institutions that develops future leaders and provides quality education in the field of Science.
In 2014-15, the faculty started its academic sessions with the undergraduate program. In the years following, many courses, such as UG, PG and PhD, were introduced. The courses offered by the Faculty of Science at SGT University are as follows:-

The eligibility criteria for admission to SGT University into these courses are: –
- 10 + 2 Pass with at least 45% marks.
