SGT University, Gurugram, and Hawk Eye Forensic, Noida, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation and commitment to share the goal of developing skills and collaboration in exposing the students to the realities of cyber forensic practices, providing them with a subsequent platform as well as exchange in knowledge between the two organization.
The signing ceremony took place at A-Block, Faculty of Science, SGT University, Gurugram.
Mr Rajneesh Wadhwa, Dean, External Affairs and Director Outreach, SGT University and Mr Ashish Kuntal, Director, Hawk Eye Forensic, signed the MOU on behalf of their respective organization.
Prof. (Dr.) Lakhwinder Singh, Dean, Faculty of Science, Ms Mandeep Kaur Purba, Head, Dept. of Forensic Science, Dr Bhoopesh Kumar Sharma, Professor, Dept. of Forensic Science and Dr Bhawana Joshi, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Forensic Science, Faculty of Science, SGT University, were also part of the signing ceremony.
Hawk Eye Forensic will impart training on Digital Forensic Analysis and its applications to the students of SGT University, which will enhance the quality of education for the students and add value to the course curriculum.
It will also provide an opportunity to the students, scholars and faculty members to carry out research and projects in computer forensics and to develop several advanced applications like Steganography Analysis, FTK Forensic toolkit analysis, Encase Mobiledit Analysis and many more.
Further, Hawk Eye Forensic will provide internships to the students with financial support and job opportunities to the students.
